A: We don’t mess around with quality. If your item arrives damaged or it’s not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right. But heads up — we don’t accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Full details here.
Q: Do your hoodies and shirts fit true to size?
A: They run slightly smaller than typical retail sizing. If you’re between sizes or like a looser fit, order one size up. Still not sure? Check the size chart on each product page.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most orders are printed, packed, and shipped within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location but usually take 5–10 business days within Canada and the U.S.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across Canada and the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know.
Q: What if I typed the wrong address?
A: If you catch it early (within an hour of ordering), we can usually update it before production starts. If it’s already printing or shipped, it’s out of our hands.
We’ll offer a 10% discount on a reorder, though - just email us and we’ll sort it out. Mistakes happen. We get it.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because each item is made to order, cancellations or changes can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your item is likely already in production. We work fast around here.
Q: My order shows delivered, but I didn’t get it.
A: We know how frustrating that can be. Once a package is marked as delivered, it’s usually nearby. Double-check with neighbors, mailboxes, and entrances. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us.
